  • 200 gram okras
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilies


Step 1: Wash the okra andremove the sticky liquid

  • Wash the okraswith water. Then remove the okra stalks and put the okras in salty water for15-20 minutes.
    Note: If youdon’t have time, put these okras in the boiled salt water for 1-2 minutes.
    By puttingthem in salt water, we’ll remove sticky liquid from the okras.

Step 2: Wash and cut theokras

  • Rewash theokra with cold water and cut them in half.

Step 3: Smash the garlic andchop them (if you like)

    Step 4: Boil the oil withgarlic

    • Melt 1 tablespoon of the sunflower oil ina large frying pan over medium-high heat
