  • 345 g flour
  • 5 salt
  • 360 sugar
  • 375 vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 red food coloring
  • 3 vanilla extract
  • 240 buttermilk
  • 12 baking soda
  • 5 white wine vinegar

The Frosting Cream:

  • 400 unsalted butter
  • 240 granulated sugar
  • 360 cream cheese
  • 3 vanilla extract

Instructions

  • First, sift all the flour, salt, and cocoa into a bowl. Then, set it aside.

  • Take out another bowl and pour vegetable oil into it. Next, add in granulated sugar.

  • Mix them well together with a whisk (or use an electric mixer) until the mixture is pale.
